Serra-guniang? I know her -- I helped paint her walls. She seems like a very respectable choice. I didn't realize she was familiar with Zewu-jun as well.

[Jin Ling pulls in a big breath like he's going to argue. It catches in his throat at Lestat's touch. Lestat's pale skin and bright eyes are especially ethereal this close and it's almost overwhelming to be the center of someone's attention in this way.
His head is already tilting back in anticipation when Lestat darts in, mouth soft and welcome to the contact.

[Lestat watches as the adorable thing goes from indignant to pleased. It's so easy to see that he's done well and his smile widens as he steps forward to take the ring from him.
Then he slides it onto his finger, admiring how it looks on the young man.]

Half an hour is long enough for him to question his entire appearance. He's been the same set of robes for weeks now and they look like a wrinkly mess despite his best efforts. In a fit, he pulls out the most modest of the outfits that Nie Huisang had sent him and changes into it quickly.

[Lestat has opted for a more punk style today. He still looks amazingly put together though, his hair pulled back into a ribbon. At his side is Mojo who easily comes up to his hip and maybe higher. He's an impressively huge dog who doesn't require a leash as he trots alongside his companion.
Smiling when he sees Jin Ling and Fairy, he waves before coming closer and then immediately kneeling to hold his hand out to Fairy first. He has no scent but he has a feeling she may not care.]
